When submitting a reservation, the person provides an active e-mail address or other contact information and authorizes us to use it for the purposes of notification and verification in connection with the reservation. If the person is not reachable electronically or by phone, or has provided an incorrect or invalid email address, we reserve the right to cancel this type of reservation.<\/p>\n<p>If the credit card details are incorrect or the card cannot be charged for other reasons, the B&amp;B has the right to cancel the reservation. If the reservation includes contact information, B&amp;B will notify the customer and ask for new credit card details.<\/p>\n<p>As we are a small B&amp;B, bookings of four or more rooms are treated as group bookings. For group bookings, a payment of 30% of the total amount of overnight stays is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% is due 3 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 3 weeks before the date of arrival or in case of no-show at the B&amp;B, the total amount of the reservation, including tax, will be charged. Our reception (info@podvrbo.com) will send you a prepayment invoice and additional information to the email address provided. Advance payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card. It is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Visitors cannot join registered guests and thus take advantage of the free breakfast.
