Reservations
All prices are quoted in euros and include value added tax, but do not include tourist and promotional taxes.
The reservation must be made by an adult with a valid credit card. When submitting a reservation, the person provides an active e-mail address or other contact information and authorizes us to use it for the purposes of notification and verification in connection with the reservation. If the person is not reachable electronically or by phone, or has provided an incorrect or invalid email address, we reserve the right to cancel this type of reservation.
If the credit card details are incorrect or the card cannot be charged for other reasons, the B&B has the right to cancel the reservation. If the reservation includes contact information, B&B will notify the customer and ask for new credit card details.
As we are a small B&B, bookings of four or more rooms are treated as group bookings. For group bookings, a payment of 30% of the total amount of overnight stays is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% is due 3 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 3 weeks before the date of arrival or in case of no-show at the B&B, the total amount of the reservation, including tax, will be charged. Our reception (info@podvrbo.com) will send you a prepayment invoice and additional information to the email address provided. Advance payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card. If the provided contact information is not valid or active, the B&B has the right to cancel the reservation.
Right of refusal and modification
B&B Pod vrbo reserves the right to refuse a reservation and, in special circumstances, the right to cancel, adjust or change your arrangement. If we are forced to cancel, adjust or change the reservation, the guest will be offered an alternative date.
In the event of “overbooking” or in the event of force majeure, B&B reserves the right to accommodate the customer in whole or in part in an accommodation of the same category.
At B&B, we are not responsible for failure to fulfill our obligations due to force majeure.
Check-in
Check-in is possible from 14:30 to 20:00. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check-out
Check-out time is until 11 o’clock. If you would like to check out later, please contact the reception staff the day before your planned arrival and we will do our best to allow you to leave later. Later check-out is possible with an additional fee.
Payment
A valid credit card must be presented to guarantee the reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. The card must be signed, we do not accept unsigned cards.
Upon departure, we will charge you for the costs incurred during your stay. Payment in the B&B (at the reception) is possible by credit card or cash (EUR only).
In the case of costs that the guest does not settle upon check-out, we will consider the provided credit card information and agreement to the general terms and conditions as consent to charge the credit card with the stated costs.
Breakfast is free for registered hotel guests. It is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Visitors cannot join registered guests and thus take advantage of the free breakfast. But if they want to, they have to pay for breakfast at the price of 10 EUR at the reception of the B&B or in the restaurant.
Cancellation
Reservations can only be canceled via online channels or via email to info@podvrbo.com. Individual reservations can be canceled without cancellation fees up to 5 days before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 5 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show at the B&B on the day of the reservation, the total amount of the reservation plus tax will be charged.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 10.30pm to 6.30am. Voices, television and other devices should be kept at a respectfully low level at all times. Doors must be opened and closed quietly. Any socializing or running around the common areas of the B&B are not allowed.
Extra beds
In the B&B, we have a limited number of baby cots for free use, which can be delivered to the room upon the guest’s request.
Parking
Parking is possible in the parking spaces in front of the accommodation, the parking lot is shared with restaurant guests. Parking is at your own risk, we are not responsible for any damage.
House pets
Animals are not allowed in the B&B.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and all areas of the B&B. In the case of smoking anywhere in the B&B, we will be forced to charge for the general cleaning of the room and other rooms, as well as the related damage.
